In-depth guides
Talk with your doctor. Check with your doctor or pharmacist before adding any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medicine, or have a medical condition. Sea moss and other seaweeds naturally contain iodine, so if you have a thyroid condition, ask your doctor first.
