Natural remedies & lifestyle tips
- Make water your main drink; it has no calories and helps your body regulate temperature, cushion joints and remove waste
- Drink more when it is hot, when you are more active, and when you have a fever, vomiting or diarrhea
- Carry a reusable water bottle and have water with meals
- Add a slice of lemon or lime, or eat water-rich fruits and vegetables, which also count toward your fluids
- Choose water over sugary drinks such as soda, sweetened coffee and energy drinks

Talk with your doctor. If your doctor has told you to limit fluids, sodium or potassium (for example because of heart or kidney disease), follow that advice before using electrolyte drinks. Signs of severe dehydration, such as confusion, fainting or very little urine, need medical care. The Naturáis label notes the drink mix is not intended for people with a medical condition and to check with your doctor if you are pregnant, nursing or take medicine.
