Natural remedies & lifestyle tips
- Stay hydrated and prioritize sleep — both show visibly on skin
- Reduce added sugar and highly processed foods
- Gentle, consistent skincare routine — avoid over-exfoliating
- Manage stress, which can trigger flare-ups
Make it at home
Honey-Oat Face Mask
- 1 tablespoon finely ground oats

- Mix the oats, honey and yogurt into a spreadable paste, adding a few drops of warm water if needed.
- Apply to clean skin and leave on for 10 minutes.
- Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
For external use only. Patch test on your inner arm first and skip it on broken or irritated skin. For ongoing skin problems, see a dermatologist.
Citrus-Berry Glow Smoothie

- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- Add everything to a blender.

Oranges and berries are natural sources of vitamin C. Drinking water, sleeping well and wearing sunscreen matter too.
