Description : bone spur-heel spur-sore tender heel...plantar fasciitis. after painfully walking in, on and around my sore heel for 4 months ,with 2 visits to the orthopedic (foot) doctor. he that the only relief I could get from my sore heel is to touch my hands to my toes as to streach my calf muscles-which gave me very little relief .
