Inc. was incorporated the Second day of February, 2007. 2- The firm of Anslow & Jaclin, LLP have been retained to represent Only Natures Finest International, Inc., through the process of becoming a publicly traded company on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (“OTCBB”). The estimated time for completion of all the pertinent registrations is to be completed approximately 6-9 months. 3- A contract is being negotiated with Motivational Fulfillment and Logistic Services, to be the company to provided Only Natures Finest with the processing and fulfillment of their orders. 4- Only Natures Finest website in being developed and tested to provide the quality and performance required for a site as complex as Only Natures Finest. 5- Stock Certificates will be issued to the investors within 30-45 days.
